Pakistan-based real estate investment and consultancy firm Nucleus Properties has announced the opening of its first overseas office in Dubai.
The new office aims to serve Pakistani investors based in the UAE. It is located in Business Bay, a central district on the Dubai Canal waterway that is home to some of the biggest international corporations.
Since launching in 2019, Nucleus Properties has opened four offices in Pakistan, where it has been facilitating investment opportunities in residential and commercial projects.
Dubai’s real estate market has been flourishing as investors from around the world continue to invest billions in the city’s properties. In 2021, the market recorded 84,772 real estate transactions representing a value of AED 300 billion (nearly USD 82 million), according to the Dubai Land Department.
The pace hasn’t slowed, with the market witnessing 25,972 transactions in Q1-2022, the highest number registered in a single quarter since 2010, and the highest volume since Q1-2014.
