Home brand CB2 opens showroom

First Middle East outlet at Mall of the Emirates

American contemporary home brand CB2 has opened its first showroom in the Middle East at Dubai’s Mall of the Emirates and launched an online store for the UAE.

The new showroom was opened through a partnership with Dubai-based retail conglomerate Majid Al Futtaim and houses indoor and outdoor furniture, kitchenware, bedding, lighting, rugs, and accessories, among other categories.

Established in 2000, CB2 specializes in contemporary home furniture and accessories geared toward young adults. It has 22 locations across the US and two in Canada.

The brand is part of Crate and Barrel Holdings, a global home furnishings retailer whose portfolio includes Crate and Barrel, Crate and Kids, and Hudson Grace.

CB2 is known for its creative collections thanks to collaborations with established and emerging interior designers, musicians, and artists. These include Kara Mann, Jennifer Fisher, Ross Cassidy, GOOP, and Lenny Kravitz.

CB2’s new showroom is expected to benefit from the high footfall at the Mall of the Emirates, which attracts more than 40 million people each year and is home to flagship stores for some of the world’s biggest brands.
