Human resource tech company Hono has announced the opening of an office in Dubai. The India-based company has more than one million employees on its AI-backed platform and has achieved double-digit growth during the financial year 2022. It now intends to scale up the business and double client numbers, with a target of supporting five million people on the Hono platform in the financial year 2023.

Founded in 2008, Hono aims to bridge the gap between HR and business outcomes using its AI-backed Human Resources Management Solution (HRMS) platform.

The company has more than 300 clients, including IndiGo Airlines, Spencer’s Retail, Kanmo Group, Al Fardan Group, and Roche.

The opening of the Dubai office is part of Hono’s plans to expand its operations across the Middle East. The company also plans to expand across India and Southeast Asia to increase its market footprint.

Hono’s new office is based in Business Bay, a thriving business district that lies on the Dubai Canal waterway.
