France-based Open Pricer, a cloud-based pricing platform provider, has announced the opening of an office in Dubai.

Established in 2000, the company provides price optimization as a service for parcel networks, e-commerce, freight networks, travel, smart mobility, and financial services.

Its cloud-pricing platform connects to the enterprise information system and continuously gathers all useful pricing decision-support data, including sale transactions, customer profiles, capacity utilization, as well as requests for quote and attrition.

The platform can enrich this data with external public information, such as predictors of demand and competitive prices. It then applies AI algorithms to produce optimized prices for every transaction or contract in real-time.

Through this technology, Open Pricer helps businesses to improve their pricing strategies and decisions, build more accurate quotes, and monitor contracts to retain customers and maximize their lifetime value.

With offices in France and Spain, the company has provided its technology to UAE-based logistics giant Aramex, Mexico’s logistics company Estafeta, and Jadlog Logistica, a Brazilian e-commerce fulfillment specialist.
