Following the launch of Safa One de Grisogono in Safa Park area, Dubai-based developer Damac Properties has announced the launch of Safa Two, also in association with the Swiss jeweler de Grisogono.

Situated opposite Safa One, the 80-plus-floor twin tower Safa Two will feature designs based on de Grisogono’s signature styles, with an underlying scarlet theme across the property. The tower will offer views over the Dubai Canal, Burj Al Arab, and The Palm.

Designed as one, the towers will be interlinked at the base, middle, and crown by defining features, including a ruby heart at the center. The new building will be illuminated in red on completion and will include luxury levels and super-luxury levels on the higher floors.

Like Safa One, Safa Two will feature green areas across living units and public spaces. The towers will have food and beverage outlets, large-screen entertainment, and an observation deck offering views over the Dubai skyline.

The project also includes an artificial beach pool on the podium level surrounded by palm trees and an elevated glass pool on the 60th floor.
