Contentsquare launches in Dubai

Contentsquare, the developer of a digital experience analytics platform that enables businesses to track online customer behavior, has announced the opening of an office in Dubai.

The Paris-based company’s AI-powered platform provides contextual insight into customer behavior, feelings, and intent at every touchpoint in their journey, enabling businesses to build empathy and create lasting impact.

More than 850 brands currently use Contentsquare, and its insights power the customer experience on over one million websites worldwide. The company’s solution analyzes 3,200 billion customer interactions monthly, on sites that process USD 2.5 billion in transactions daily.

Founded in Paris and with offices around the world, Contentsquare has raised USD 810 million in investment funding from global investors, including Softbank and BlackRock.

The company has set up its Dubai office at One Central, a new hub for finance, commerce, and trade. Covering 150,000 square meters of office space, the free zone is part of the Dubai World Trade Center district and is home to hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
