Samsung Gulf Electronics has announced the launch of a new UAE training academy at its regional headquarters in Dubai Media City.

The academy will conduct training sessions by air conditioner (AC) professionals at Samsung Gulf Electronics to highlight the company’s AC line-up as well as the technologies, functionality, installation, and control systems.

The academy also houses a showroom and a WindFree booth that will enable customers to experience the company’s air solutions.

The Samsung showroom will feature the new generation of its DVM air conditioners, including the AI-controlled DVM S2 with cold draft-free operation, which results from thousands of micro holes in the unit’s panel. Customers will also be briefed on how to control the AC unit via the SmartThings app.

Samsung Gulf Electronics was established in 2009 and is a wholly-owned unit of the South Korean multinational corporation. In late 2020, Samsung opened its largest shop-in-shop in the Middle East and North Africa region at Sharaf DG Times Square Center in Dubai.
