Monday 8 August 2022
Chinese technology company Xiaomi has opened its first authorized service center in Dubai to provide support and assistance to its customers.
The new space covers 200 square meters in Dubai Internet City, a specialized free zone created to encourage the growth of information and communication technology (ICT) companies.
The service center includes a store that features a range of Xiaomi smartphones, tablets, routers, and other products and is designed to offer people a hands-on experience before purchasing a Xiaomi product.
Xiaomi smartphones have earned a reputation in the global market for their high quality at low prices, with features like water resistance and fingerprint scanners. Xiaomi opened its first Middle East outlet at the Burjuman Center in Dubai in 2017, with an investment of more than AED 2 million (USD 544,588).
In December of the same year, the company opened a second, 350-square-meter outlet in Deira City Center with an investment of over AED 3 million (USD 816,882).
