Incubeta, a global digital marketing agency headquartered in London, has acquired Dubai-based Bruce Clay MENA.

Bruce Clay MENA is part of the Bruce Clay Inc. network – a global company providing search engine optimization services, consulting, pay-per-click advertising management, content development, and social media marketing services.

Established in 1996, Bruce Clay’s MENA office opened in Dubai in 2015, delivering its solutions for brands such as McDonalds, Johnson and Johnson, Zoflora, and Canon.

The acquisition of Bruce Clay MENA will allow Incubeta to expand its footprint and expertise into Middle Eastern and Northern African markets and provide clients with an end-to-end digital offering beyond its founding specialisms.

On the other hand, the deal will provide Bruce Clay MENA access to Incubeta’s full scope of services, including the Google Marketing Platform relationship it has established over the years.

Incubeta was founded in 2001 and has a team of over 700 individuals working across 18 offices globally. Its clients include Google, Hyundai, Netflix, HBO, and L'Oréal.
