Calvin Klein opens fifth Dubai store

Dubai-based retail conglomerate the Apparel Group has announced the launch of a new Calvin Klein store at the Mall of Emirates, marking the fifth standalone store for the brand in Dubai and the 38th in the GCC region.

Calvin Klein is an American fashion house established in 1968. The company designs women’s and men’s apparel and a range of other products that are manufactured and marketed through a network of licensing agreements and other arrangements worldwide. It specializes in ready-to-wear, sportswear, swimwear, footwear, leather goods, lifestyle accessories, home furnishings, perfumery, jewelry, and watches.

Calvin Klein employs over 11,500 associates globally and was acquired in 2003 by fashion and lifestyle company PVH Corp. In 2021, PVH's revenue from Calvin Klein brands internationally amounted to about USD 3.7 billion.

The new Calvin Klein store is expected to benefit from the high footfall at the Mall of the Emirates, which attracts around 40 million people on average each year.

Calvin Klein is operated in the GCC region by the Apparel Group. The Dubai-based retailer operates more than 1,900 stores and over 75 international brands in 14 countries, including Tommy Hilfiger, Skechers, Aldo, Tim Hortons, Cold Stone Creamery, Inglot, and Rituals.
