Al-Futtaim Toyota opens dealership

Al-Futtaim Toyota has announced the launch of a new dealership on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. Equipped with advanced technologies, the facility is designed to create an omnichannel experience for customers, enabling them to start their journey online with Toyota.ae, where they can browse models, make their selection, and book or order cars online.

Customers can then carry their digital journey with them to the showroom for a hybrid digital and physical experience with their chosen Toyota vehicle.

The customer experience hub consists of 2,004 square meters of showroom space and a 35,877-square-meter service center capable of turning around up to 60 units per day. Toyota owners getting their vehicle serviced can watch their car from the viewing gallery, which has a waiting area with access to free Wi-Fi and a kid’s zone.

The new facility is the largest Toyota showroom and service center in Dubai to date. It represents the latest milestone in a 60-year partnership between Dubai-based Al-Futtaim and Japanese automotive manufacturer Toyota.

Al Futtaim is a Dubai-based holding company founded in 1930 and is the exclusive Toyota distributor in the UAE. The group operates brands from the USA, UK, Japan, Sweden, France, Germany, and Switzerland, in sectors including automotive, retail, real estate, and finance.
