Lincoln takes stake in Cooper Fitch
Acquisition will support the increasing talent movement to Dubai
Friday 5 August 2022
Lincoln, a Paris-headquartered provider of talent management services, has acquired a major stake in Cooper Fitch, a recruitment firm based in Dubai.
The agreement with Lincoln will enable Cooper Fitch to tap into a global network of talent supporting the company’s executive search and HR advisory services. In addition, Cooper Fitch will be inducted into The Talent Club, an international collective of member companies dedicated to talent representation across sectors including business, technology, sport, and entertainment.
Cooper Fitch will continue to operate in the region under its current brand as part of the acquisition whilst gaining additional resources to accelerate its growth internationally. The company was established in Dubai in 1997 and provides recruitment services to thousands of organizations in the Gulf region.
Lincoln said it has selected Cooper Fitch based on their shared values on talent representation and passion for specialized recruitment practices.
Founded in 1992, Lincoln is established in eight countries in Europe and Asia. Its acquisition of a majority stake in Cooper Fitch will strengthen the French company’s global presence and expand its reach into East Africa.
The acquisition will also enable Lincoln to capitalize on the increasing deployment of regional headquarters in the Gulf region and support the movement of talent from Asian hubs such as Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Singapore to Dubai.
