Anchanto, a Singapore-headquartered B2B SaaS company, has opened its first office in the Middle East in Dubai to support the expansion and growth of its customer base and enable itself to reach other markets in the region.
Founded in 2011, Anchanto is a B2B company that offers SaaS products for digital commerce and logistics businesses. Connected to more than 200 systems partners, its technology is designed to enable the operational growth of logistics firms, brands, distributors, e-commerce enablers, and retailers.
With a presence in more than 10 countries across Europe and Asia, the firm works with companies such as L’Oréal, HP, DHL Supply Chain, Asendia, and Decathlon.
Through the new Dubai office, Anchanto will look to serve businesses in the Middle East, initially focusing on enterprise distributors, logistics companies, and postal companies. It will work with businesses to enable them access to the technological infrastructure needed to tap into the booming e-commerce industry.
With its global footprint, the company aims to help businesses expand across newer regions with their existing inventories. According to Anchanto, its customers get direct access to billions of shoppers across 35 countries, selling across more than 100 marketplaces, including Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, and eBay. They also get access to the company’s logistics partners around the world to ship and track their parcels.
Anchanto has partnered with global supply chain consulting company Logistics Executive Group (LEG) to ensure the success of the expansion into the UAE. The Singapore SaaS company will benefit from LEG’s local presence and know-how of the supply chain industry in the region.
Anchanto’s new office is based in Dubai Studio City, a free zone covering an area of 22 million square feet. Powered by a workforce of 2,800 individuals, the entertainment and production hub offers offices, boutique studios, and co-working spaces.
