Vernost Group, a marketing technology solutions provider, has announced the opening of its Middle East headquarters in Dubai. Founded in India in 2014, Vernost drives digitization for enterprises by developing and managing digital infrastructure ecosystems. The company specializes in solutions such as customer-first, mobile-first, AI-first, and commerce-first, which work towards enhancing customer experience through a simplified digital interface.

The new office is part of the company’s plan to expand its global footprint and is in line with its vision to help clients leverage AI, blockchain, analytics, and cloud computing to deliver loyalty and reward programs.

Located in Dubai’s Al Barsha neighborhood, Vernost’s Middle East headquarters will also maximize the company’s ability to service its new and existing roster of clients, which currently includes Emaar, GEMS Education, Axis Bank, Intermiles, Easy Trip, Choithram, Elevate Trips, and Dadabhai Travels.

Vernost’s expansion to Dubai coincides with the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) signed between the UAE and India in February 2022 and entered into force in May of the same year. The agreement seeks to provide significant benefits to Indian and UAE businesses, including enhanced market access and reduced tariffs.

To mark its launch in the UAE, Vernost recently participated in Arabian Travel Market 2022, the region’s largest travel and tourism exhibition, which took place at the Dubai World Trade Center.

The company also exhibited at Seamless Middle East 2022, a payments and commerce technology event that took place at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center.
