Telin opens an office in Dubai

To expand operations in the Middle East and grow its global presence

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin) has announced the opening of a new representative office in Dubai.

The company offers a range of international carrier voice, data services, and business solutions aimed at wholesale, enterprise, digital player, and retail customers. Its global infrastructure includes 207,260 kilometers of submarine cable system length.

With this new opening, Telin intends to expand its operations in the Middle East and grow its global presence, strengthening its position as a partner of choice to carriers, hyperscalers, and global enterprises.

Established in 2007, Telin is a subsidiary of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom), Indonesia’s largest state-owned telecommunication and network service provider, serving more than 200 million retail customers.

Telkom’s existing presence in Dubai is expected to leverage the group’s potential. It will enable Telin to interact with Telkom’s customers and partners who are spread across the Middle East region, thereby delivering value to all stakeholders.

The new office marks Telin’s 11th international location and is located at Dubai Internet City, a free zone created specifically to support information and communications technology (ICT) companies.
