Mysubbies opens a Dubai subsidiary

Company aims to expand footprint in the Middle East

Mysubbies Group, an Australian construction and landscape modeling company, has opened a new office in Dubai as it looks to expand its footprint in the Middle East. Established in 2019, the Melbourne-based firm specializes in the renovation and remodeling of homes and commercial sites, as well as outdoor living projects.

The new subsidiary, known as MTS Remodeling, is located at Al Saaha Offices, a boutique office development within the area of Downtown Dubai. Connecting directly to The Palace Hotel and The Dubai Mall, the building benefits from a strategic location and is accessible from major road networks.

The company’s expansion into Dubai comes at a time when the city’s real estate market is booming. According to a report by Dubai-based real estate consultancy Core, Dubai’s real estate market witnessed an uptick in new project launches during the first quarter of 2022, thanks to recent visa reforms and a pro-business environment.

About 6,677 residential units were announced during the quarter, while another 31,000 units are expected over the remainder of the year, making the total forecast for 2022 at 38,000 units.
