MindBehind expands into region with Dubai office

Business messaging platform MindBehind announced its expansion to the Middle East with the opening of a new office in Dubai.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Istanbul with an additional office in Cologne, Germany, MindBehind is an international conversation management company that connects customers to intelligent virtual assistants or live agents through any messaging channels.

With the aid of its advanced automated messaging services, it offers businesses of all sizes interactive chat-based solutions rooted in AI technology.

MindBehind said it was ready to expand into the growing chatbot market of the Middle East, where the use of AI-powered business messaging software has recently been gaining rapid popularity.

MindBehind’s vision is to become the “WhatsApp” of businesses. In 2021, the company received an investment of USD 4 million from Ümit Öztürk, the founder of TENIOS, a German company that produces real-time audio and video communication solutions.
