Deichmann opens in Dubai Hills Mall

This marks the German footwear retailer’s second location in Dubai

German shoe retail chain Deichmann has opened a new store at The Dubai Hills Mall, a two-level retail, leisure, and entertainment complex situated in the Dubai Hills community. Deichmann is synonymous with affordable long-lasting footwear for the entire family. Founded in 1913, the company is active in 30 countries with around 4,205 local stores and 42,962 employees.

The retailer offers a wide range of global brands, from tradition-rich names like Elefanten and Medicus, to premium shoes by 5th Avenue, to Victory sports shoes that are popular with athletes, as well as famous brands like Adidas, Fila, and Puma.

Deichmann opened its first store in the Middle East in 2019 at Dubai’s Ibn Battuta Mall. In the UAE, the brand’s stores are operated by its franchise partner in the region, Azadea Group, a retail company that owns and operates more than 35 international franchise concepts across the Middle East and Africa.
Dubai Hills Mall has attracted a large number of brands since opening in February 2022. Azadea Group alone has launched 23 new stores at the shopping mall.
