Brix Desserts opens outlet at ME Dubai

Contemporary dessert bar Brix has opened its second branch in Dubai in the lobby of ME Dubai Hotel, one of the most stylish hotels in the city, located in the heart of Business Bay.

Created by Head Pastry Chef Carmen Rueda Hernandez, the opulent menu at Brix comprises a range of handcrafted desserts, such as baked cheesecake on a base of feuilletine, and lemon tart with basil cream, as well as savory bites and artisanal coffee and tea.

Brix at ME Dubai offers a meeting place for friends or colleagues and an easy access spot for guests waiting to check in to the hotel, checking out, or for those that are passing through and fancy a refreshment.

Brix opened its first location in Dubai in 2020. The intimate 10-seater dessert bar is situated in Jumeirah Fishing Harbor, a lifestyle destination that celebrates the rich fishing culture of Dubai, while offering a range of dining options with sea views.

Dubai is home to around 12,000 restaurants and cafés – from homegrown eateries and neighborhood cafés to fine-dining and gourmet establishments – which together represent the city’s internationally recognized food and beverage scene.
