Australia-based construction consulting and dispute resolution firm CDI Experts has set up its regional headquarters in Dubai Silicon Oasis to provide services to government organizations, contractors, utility companies, manufacturers, law firms, insurance companies, banks, and financial institutions.
The company’s services include project consulting and advisory; project controls and construction planning; claims advisory and dispute resolution; and quantity surveying and cost control.
The regional office will help CDI Experts strengthen relationships with public and private institutions in the UAE as well as the broader Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
COVID-19 forced the region’s construction market to a standstill, but growth seems to have resumed with a CAGR of 4.69% forecast from 2022 to 2027.
