STid to expand in region from Dubai

French security company’s office will include a regional customer service center

French security company STid has expanded its team in the Middle East in the form of an office in Dubai with commercial staff. STid is planning to further expand its professional capacity in the upcoming years, including engineering and support staff.

The company comes to the region with a CAGR of 40% for the five years since 2017. The Middle East alone saw 160% growth in revenue.

The Dubai office is expected to allow the company to service existing and potential users in the Middle East through an RCSC (regional customer service center), which will develop the educational and certification programs that will ensure the company’s local partners will have the skills and knowledge necessary to implement STid solutions.

STid’s product and service line includes pre-configured readers and credentials; mobile readers; high-security readers; 125 kHz and dual-frequency readers; ATEX and IECEx certified readers; hands-free and vehicle access; armory management and security; OEM modules; software kits and encoders; cards and credentials; and hand-held terminals.
