Egypt-based logistics company Bosta has opened an office in Dubai to offer its affordable e-commerce services with cash on delivery and live tracking.
The UAE retail e-commerce market reached a record USD 3.9 billion in 2020, a 53% year-on-year increase driven by the COVID-19 digital shift, while e-commerce accounted for an 8% share of the retail market during the same year, according to an analysis by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry based on Euromonitor data.
