Brakket Invest, a growth equity fund based in Stockholm and Dubai, has acquired Dubai-based BEON-IT, a digital solutions company. The move is expected to give Brakket Invest a foothold in the global tech industry as it launches operations in Switzerland.
BEON-IT is a SAP Gold Partner firm with offices throughout the Middle East and hopes this acquisition will enable it to expand into new markets and offer its clients more innovative services.
