Indian property firm opens Dubai base

The Guardians Real Estate forays into NRI segment

The Guardians Real Estate has opened an office in Dubai to service non-resident Indians (NRIs) and other high net worth individuals with project offerings spread across India, including the cities of Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru.

The Dubai office will offer a range of projects across segments – from affordable and mid-segment housing to premium, luxury, and ultra-luxury properties. A recent decline in Indian property rates, depreciation of the Indian rupee, stricter regulatory measures, and increased regulation are expected to make Indian real estate attractive to NRIs, who invested USD 13.3 billion in the Indian real estate market in the financial year 2020-21.
