Global Leisure Group confirms buyout of adventure solutions company

Global Leisure Group has expanded its portfolio by acquiring HPS Play Company in Dubai and HPEET LLC in Abu Dhabi.

HPS Play Company is specialized in bespoke leisure and adventure solutions and is one of the leading companies when it comes to customized playgrounds and adventure spaces in the Middle East and North African (MENA) region. With its headquarters in Dubai and a creative production facility in Abu Dhabi, HPS Play Company delivers turn-key entertainment concepts for amusement and theme parks, shopping malls, adventure parks, zoos, hotels and resorts, airports, and more.

It has an international customer base that includes names like SeaWorld, Majid Al Futtaim, Atlantis the Palm, Emaar, Mattel, IMG Worlds of Adventure, Landmark Leisure, and Dubai Safari Park and Zoo.
