Cognita acquires Dubai primary school

Global group extends Dubai operations with addition of Ranches Primary School

Global school group Cognita has extended its reach into the Dubai education sector with the acquisition of Ranches Primary School, following an earlier takeover of Horizon English School. Cognita owns 85 schools in 11 countries.

Cognita has partnered with Royal Grammar School Guildford (RGS) on its recent successful launch into the Dubai premium school market.

Ranches Primary School is located in a developed community in Arabian Ranches 2 in the heart of the rapidly developing Al Qudra corridor. It has 551 pupils according to the latest data. The school is rated ‘Very Good’ by Dubai's education regulator, the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA).
