The company will use the Dubai base to reach customers in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), as well as become the gateway for Turkish brands to enter the region.

CommerCity offers a complete business setup, simple Customs procedures, and a range of other services to provide international companies with a gateway to the region.

BiggLoyalty is part of the Biggplus group established in 1999. It offers loyalty services such as software programming, project management, supply chain, logistics management, and after-sales services. Its Dubai offices have started to serve 15 countries in the Gulf, the Middle East, North Africa, and the Levant region.

With an area covering 2.1 million square feet and an investment of around USD 1 billion, Dubai CommerCity is designed to support new and existing e-commerce businesses across the MENA region. It offers state-of-the-art offices, as well as warehousing and last-mile delivery services.
