Al Baik, Saudi Arabia's most famous fried chicken chain, is now open at the Dubai Mall. Located in the mall's food court it currently has a limited menu, featuring fillet sandwiches, nuggets, and shrimp. A full menu selection, featuring broast chicken and fish, will follow.

More branches are planned in the UAE.

AlBaik was founded in 1974 and has maintained its no-frills but high-quality ethos, centered around a famous 18-spice secret recipe. The brand has developed the kind of cult following that few fast food places get.
