The latest addition to Dubai’s culinary scene is Asador de Aranda, an almost 40-year-old brand from Madrid.
It’s the first UAE location for the Spanish restaurant, which has 17 restaurants in its home country and Saudi Arabia.
Known for its roasted suckling lamb leg, el cuarto de asado, which is prepared in the restaurant’s wood-fired oven, it has been a favorite of royalty and celebrities since 1983.
At its new Address Downtown location, customers can enjoy a variety of meat-based dishes such as spare ribs, lamb chops, and grilled entrecote steak. Vegetarians are serviced with gazpacho, a vegetable stew, and roasted red peppers.
The restaurant features traditional Castilian interiors such as rustic white oak flooring with wood paneled tables, with comfortable green sofas for guests to relax in. The glass chandeliers and marble counters add a touch of luxury.
There’s also a terrace for al fresco dining for guests to enjoy the atmosphere of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard.
