Saudi-based Leejam Sports Co., which operates a chain of fitness centers under the brand Fitness Time, has opened a new ladies fitness center in Dubai. This is the third to be launched after the company was allowed to re-open its fitness centers on June 21, 2020, following the precautionary measures to combat the spread of COVID-19.
The adverse circumstances of COVID-19 disrupted operations and economic activities around the world and led the company's fitness centers to be closed for more than three months, a statement on Saudi stock exchange Tadawul said.
The new center is located on Al Wahda Road in Al Mamzar district in Dubai, and spans an area of 1,270 square meters. It will operate under the brand 'Fitness Time - Ladies' and will contain all the state-of-the-art facilities and services of that brand’s category.
The company said the total number of Fitness Time centers operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abroad stands at 135.
