Soulgreen has opened its first restaurant outside of Italy at Vida Creek Harbor, Dubai.The pescatarian concept aims to provide local and sustainable dining options on a menu which is 80 percent plant-based and 20 percent fish.
The company said it would use the location in the hub of the region to leverage expansion in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
The restaurant’s menu is broken down into bites, bowls, pasta and soups, burgers, salads, and sweets, and is free of both gluten and dairy.
Soulgreen also supports Mission Bambini, an Italian association that provides daily water and food for children in developing countries around the world. People and children in need receive healthy and balanced diets through its ‘Proud to give back’ program.
