Zoho, provider of cloud-based business applications, has opened an office in Dubai to oversee regional operations. “The opening of the Dubai office is part of our commitment to expand in the region,” said Hyther Nizam, Vice President of Product Management, Zoho Corp. “We are localizing all our products to suit the regional needs and making them available in dirham to simplify payment. We are also translating thousands of pages on our website to Arabic to better serve the local business community.”
Zoho also announced updates to its all-in-one suite, Zoho One, which was launched in UAE in 2018. It will now have a new set of capabilities that bridge the gap between different departments and roles within an organization. Zia – Zoho's AI – will respond to user queries by combining information from multiple apps across the suite.
The new Zoho One Analytics tab provides analytics across the suite of business apps. Business owners, CXOs and managers can now track KPIs and trends from one tab, helping them to make more informed decisions. Users can create their own custom reports and dashboards to blend data from different business apps and do cross-functional analytics.
