Legal Suite opens Dubai office for MENA expansion drive

French law technology company how has bases in US, Canada, Europe, and UAE

After Canada and the United States, Legal Suite announced the creation of its new subsidiary in Dubai, UAE. The French provider of Enterprise Legal Technology has already opened new offices at the Dubai Airport Free Zone Authority.

After successful projects in UAE and Saudi Arabia, Legal Suite has found the Middle East ripe for expansion. Among its main projects, Legal Suite handled the implementation of its Matter Management and E-Billing modules at Saudi Aramco, the world’s leading oil company based in Saudi Arabia. The E-Billing module, designed to manage the entire billing process for outside providers, is used by about 200 in-house counsel in the Saudi Arabian company, along with its hundred law firms.

Ooredoo’s legal department, an international telecommunications company, implemented the Legal Matter Management software to deal with its legal activity and follow its many matters. Other companies such as BeinSport, DO World, and GBI also use Legal Suite’s technology.

Companies in the Middle East have started to realize the importance of adopting legal technologies for their business. The number of regulatory tasks, compliance and governance matters became almost impossible to manage by corporate legal teams without integrating technology. This empowers in-house counsel to eliminate any risk factors associated with the business. Legal Suite offers a software solution dedicated to business law professions.
