Fashion brand Burberry opens new store at Dubai Mall

New strategy underlines higher visibility at more influential fashion markets such as Dubai

British fashion brand Burberry opened its new store at the Fashion Avenue at Dubai Mall. The store’s design harking back to iconic British architecture was many months in the making and also references its Dubai surroundings.

The store is a part of the Burberry’s new strategy outlined in November 2017 focusing on leather goods and quicker, more responsive fashion lines and higher visibility at more influential fashion markets such as Dubai. The Dubai store has been opened at a time when the brand has closed some of its stores in US malls.

The Dubai store is spacious, with a 30m long façade and allows customers one of the best views in Dubai at a terrace attached to the store.
